DECLUTTER YOUR BUSINESS
We all get overwhelmed, we all get busy... and I'm guessing we all have a very long 'to do' list.
With that in mind - we would like you to join us for a 30 day creative business detox.
This challenge was born out of a need to declutter, spring clean and DETOX my own business.
My business has grown quickly, and for a little while I felt out of control. It was this beast that kept me up all night, stressed at all hours and taking on way to much. I didn't have time to write processes and procedures - to make notes and plans - I just jumped in head first and tried to stay afloat.
Now I am much more organised, I know what my offering is, and I know the things in my business that are running well...and then the things that aren't running so well. I have just had another rush of enquiries, client jobs, plus my other business JPorter Clothing is growing faster than ever and I noticed myself slipping into bad habits.
Things like deleting spam instead of taking the time to unsubscribe, letting my inbox pile up, saving everything to the desktop and then dumping it into a folder. Using my car as a filing cabinet. Recently my hard drive crashed and I lost a lot of photos (like a lot) - and because I have been too busy to back things up...they are gone - which makes me so sad.
AND SO - this challenge was born!
Your Instructor
Running a small business requires a huge amount of passion, drive and organisation.
Our business 'Dreamhunter' came from the desire to help other small businesses to grow, to help entrepreneurs and passionate business people to embrace their ideas and communicate them to the world. To inspire and encourage others to 'hunt' their goals and dreams.
We understand and appreciate that every business is different, as are the people that own them. We adopt a team based approach to tailor an achievable and realistic solution to your particular goals and situations.
The most important question we ask our clients is their WHY.
Renae specialises in small business branding development, social media strategy, photography, product styling and marketing.
Her passion for working with start-ups has seen her work to help small business grow for the past eight years, she has Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and has a strong history of working in the Tax & Accounting Industry, and now in the more creative industries of graphic design and photography.
Renae is part owner of clothing brand JPorter Clothing which has seen considerable growth into the international market since its establishment in 2013. The rapid growth of the business has been largely attributed to the success of its social media marketing & content strategy and use of an online sales website.
